Darkness Is Not Dark to You - A Weekend Retreat back

Theme: DARKNESS IS NOT DARK TO YOU.  This line from Psalm 139 invites us to pray with a crucial dimension of hope in the ever-creative Spirit.  Faith and science encourage us to trust the darkness which is a mysterious womb of fecundity, shimmering with beginnings of new life.  This is a time of planetary turbulence.  No matter what struggles of grief or fear are happening in our personal lives, there is the sometimes overwhelming struggle of our cultural and global context.  In this season of autumn, of letting go and transformation, let us come together to pray with the darkness and rest in the dynamic radiance of God's love.
