Playing with God in the Field of Creation: A Weekend Retreat back

Theme: PLAYING WITH GOD IN THE FIELD OF
CREATION. Holy Wisdom, called Sophia or
Hokhmah in the Hebrew Bible (Proverbs 8), will be
our guide as we explore how we can dance lightly
with God, “daily being God’s delight.” We will
explore bells, chants, slow-walking, healing touch
and meditation as ways to pray and open to the flow
of the Breath of Life as an antidote to despair.

Leader: Connie Ridgway is a singer, counselor and
meditator. She is a member of the New Creation
Mission group, part of 8th Day Faith Community,
which is committed to paving the way to direct
experience with the Spirit, through music, ritual and art.
